Design and deliver production AI systems end to end: multi-agent orchestration, evaluation gates, provider failover, cost control and the reliability work that keeps them running.

  • Built an autonomous multi-agent publishing network with quality, fact-verification and geography gates plus self-healing control loops.
  • Built a provider-failover LLM router across Anthropic, OpenAI and Google with per-task quality bars and spend guardrails.
  • Diagnosed and resolved production database-saturation incidents, restored coordinator and watchdog loops, and documented prevention.

Ran ventures end to end, including a property capital raise for which I built a bespoke CRM and lead engine with human approval in the loop for consequential actions.

  • Owned commercial outcomes alongside the build, from customer conversations to shipped software.
